Since 1930, the “Don Jimenez” estate has been producing one of the rarest and most exceptional vintages in the Dominican Republic. The 60-hectare Don Jimenez-farm is located in the Cordillera Central mountain range near Pico Duarte Peak. The height of 1,400 meters helps to further clarify the coffee's characteristics.
The unique richness of their soil allows them to produce a subtle but aromatic coffee displaying rhubarb and plum undertones. These flavors envelop the taste buds, leaving a smooth and balanced intensity of fruity undertones. Bringing all the richness and diversity of the world’s coffees to your cup. These unique compositions are the result of our knowledge of local growing conditions and each individual producer’s work.
A traditional roasting process brings out the aromas and flavours of the countries of origin of these coffees. These are freshly roasted and ground coffee in capsules.Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
